IMPORTANT NOTICE
ScalperEdge is operated by an individual proprietor and provides market analytics and informational tools only. By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
ScalperEdge, we, us, our means ScalperEdge, operated by an Individual Proprietor, located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
User, you, your means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
Service means the ScalperEdge website, web app, dashboards, analytics, alerts, and related features.
Content means all analytics, indicators, alerts, text, UI elements, reports, and derived data shown in the Service.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you:
  • are at least 18 years old
  • have read and understood these Terms
  • agree to be legally bound by them
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (VERY IMPORTANT)
ScalperEdge provides software-generated market analytics, signals, alerts, and visualisations derived from market data. These outputs are generated by algorithms and rules.
Nothing on ScalperEdge constitutes:
  • investment advice
  • trading advice
  • a recommendation to buy or sell
  • portfolio management
  • research analyst services
  • broking or execution services
You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
Trading in securities and derivatives (especially options) involves significant risk. You may lose all or more than your invested capital. Past performance or historical signals do not guarantee future results.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & OTP
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
We may verify your identity using:
  • Email OTP
  • Mobile OTP
By registering, you consent to receiving such verification messages.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Features require a paid subscription. Plan details and pricing are displayed on the website/app.
Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store your card or UPI details.
If a payment fails or is reversed, access may be suspended until resolved.
6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All subscriptions are for digital services. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, change of mind, or lack of usage.
Duplicate charges or proven technical failures preventing access may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. PERMITTED USE & RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT to:
  • resell, redistribute, or commercialise the Service or Content
  • copy, scrape, or extract data at scale
  • reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
  • use the Service to create a competing product
  • misuse the Service for unlawful or abusive activities
8. DATA ACCURACY & AVAILABILITY
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable due to factors beyond our control (exchange, broker, network, vendor issues). The Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • We are not liable for any trading losses or financial damages
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Total liability, if any, shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount paid by you in the last 12 months, whichever is higher
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All software, branding, UI, and Content belong to ScalperEdge. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. COMMUNICATIONS
You agree to receive:
  • OTP and security messages
  • service-related notifications
  • billing-related communications
13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
